  • Pastitsio can be defined as a Greek baked dished layered with pasta and meats with cheese and white sauce on the top.
  • The Greek Kitchen version of Pastitsio consists of: Long macaroni noodles layered with well seasoned lean ground beef with a touch of cinnamon, another layer of noodles topped with a white creamy bechamel sauce and melted cheddar cheese.
